• Accommodations: Five guest suites each with private bath, fireplace, "tubs for two" and private sitting area. Some with mountain view. Carriage House with kitchenette available in off-season (October through April).
• Rates: $140.00 to $160.00 per night (double occupancy) includes full gourmet breakfast. Weekly rates available for Carriage House. Special corporate rates available for single travelers. Spa-massage packages available. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: One night's rate or 50% (whichever more) required for deposit. Special deposit policy for groups, holidays, and special events. Credit card or checks accepted (check accepted only for reservations 30 days or more in advance). Balance due on arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less $15.00 rebooking fee (1 month's notice required for holidays and special events). Special policies apply to group reservations. Please inquire at time of booking.
• Restrictions: Non-smoking (except outside). Not suitable for children. Resident cats "Mingtoy" & "Muffin" will not permit guest pets.
• Breakfast: Full Gourmet Breakfast served in dining room at 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. Early Riser's Breakfast available. Special "Breakfast in Bed" package (Romance Package) available for extra $15.00 charge plus room rate.
