Vacation Rental

• Accommodations: Ranch house with 8 bedrooms.
• Rates: $2,300.00 per week in summer for main ranch house; $350.00 per night during spring, fall, and winter (2-night minimum). There's also a mandatory cleaning fee ($150.00), and security deposit ($400.00 per week, $200.00 per weekend). Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

  Minimum stay is 1 week during the summer, 2 nights on most weekends, and 3 nights during the holidays.

• Payment: Deposit of 50% rent required to confirm reservation. Remainder is payable upon arrival. A $400 security deposit is refunded in full, minus telephone charges and/or costs to repair physical damage to property. A non-refundable $150.00 cleaning fee is mandatory. Both the security deposit and cleaning fee are due upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days before the date of your scheduled arrival for a refund of your deposit in full. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, unless your accommodations can be re-rented.
• Restrictions: Sorry, no pets. Guests are not permitted to smoke or consume alcohol while riding horses.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Chicken Lasagne and Brandied Walnut Pie.

• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding, fishing, hiking, swimming, golf, water sports, snow skiing, and gold panning.
• Attractions & Special Events: Yosemite National Park, Sierra Nevada Mountains, Bass Lake, Golden Chain Theatre, Indian Museum, seasonal festivals, steam logger train, and the historic gold-rush towns of Oakhurst and Mariposa.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Yes.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Erna' Elderberry House, French, 5 Star, one of top 5 in California, (559) 683-6800.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Indian blankets and other locally produced artwork, various coffee companies, and all of Oakhurst's Western antique shops. Plus: the ranch manager once worked for the forest service and is an expert on local hiking trails, fishing holes, etc.
• Recommended Local Foods and Where to Buy Them: The Mexican food of Oakhurst and Auberry and all the California wines available in local stores.
• Directions: The Bonnie B Ranch is located in California's Sierra Nevada Mountains about 1 hour north of Fresno and 18 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. The inn is 3 hours from San Francisco and 4 hours from Los Angeles with major airline flights into Fresno direct from both cities.
