• Check-in: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 7:00 p.m., let us know so we can make special arrangements. Check-out: 12:00 noon.
• Payment: One night's deposit is required to hold each reservation. Visa and MasterCard accepted; sorry, no checks.
• Cancellation Policy: Due to the small size of our Inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations. If you must cancel, we will refund your deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee provided we receive at least 8 days notice to cancel one room and 15 days notice for two or more rooms. If less notice is given, you will be charged in full for your entire reservation unless we rebook your room(s). No-shows are charged for the full scheduled stay. Early departure are handled as cancellations and the same policies apply.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside (allowed outside in designated areas only) Children welcomed. Pets allowed with prior approval.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast served in the dining room.
• Languages Spoken: French and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small receptions and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Biking, hiking and fishing at Lake Sonoma, skydiving, hot air ballooning, canoeing and kayaking on the Russian River, horseback riding, and golf.
• Attractions & Special Events: Wine-rich Alexander Valley -- the largest grape-growing region in Sonoma County. Vineyards and numerous premium wineries border the Inn.
• Directions: Summer Directions (June to October): Take Highway 101 North to Cloverdale. Exit at Asti Road and follow the KOA signs. Make a right on Asti Road and turn left on Washington School Road. Go over the Russian River and turn right on Asti Ridge Road. At the top of the hill and across from the KOA Campground, turn left on Old Crocker Inn Road.
  Winter Directions (November to May): When the summer bridge is closed, take Highway 101 North to Cloverdale. Exit at Citrus Fair Drive and follow the KOA signs. Turn right onto Citrus Fair Drive, turn left onto Asti Road, and turn right onto East 1st Street, which becomes Crocker Road. Turn right onto River Road and drive for 3.5 miles, then turn left onto Asti Ridge Rd. At the top of the hill and across from the KOA Campground, turn left on Old Crocker Inn Road.
