• Accommodations: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom house. Sleeps maximum of 4 people.
• Amenities: Living room with gas log fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV in living room and bedroom, VCR, DVD player, Stereo system with CD player, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, washer and dryer. Ocean and Harbor views. All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.

• Rates: Rates are $140.00 per night for 2 people and $12.00 per night per extra person. Rates do not include county tax and are subject to change without notice.

Whale watching: December 26 to April 30. Rock cod fishing July 1 - December 31. Salmon fishing: Feb. 15 to November 15. crabbing from November 26 - July 30. The rocky and scenic Mendocino coastline features extensive kelp forest providing excellent abalone and fish habitat.
• Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, sand dunes, Cleone Lake, MacKerricher State Park, Town of Mendocino is on the National Register of Historic Places, Botanical Gardens, Skunk Train, and redwood forest. Paul Bunyan Days, the world's largest Salmon BBQ, and Whale Festival. the Great Rubber Ducky race, Winesong, and Christmas light parade.

• Directions: Entering Fort Bragg from South on Highway 1 make first right after Noyo bridge onto North Harbor Drive. Go .04 of a mile and turn left on Casa Del Noyo drive. Fourth house on left is Noyo Harbor House.
