Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 9 cottages, each with private bath and kitchenette; 1 has wood stove. There are 3 queens and 6 kings, including three 2-room cottages. All have TVs, phones, linens, and utensils. One 1-bedroom house with 3 rooms and full kitchen; sleeps 4.
• Rates: $100.00 to $170.00 per night for double occupancy. Extra person in room is $20.00 per night more. Weekly and monthly rates available. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 pm (Special arrangements are made for our guests who need to arrive later) Check-out: 11:00 am.

• Payment: Credit card or check required to hold a cottage. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 7 days (14 days for holidays) prior to scheduled arrival to receive refund.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the cottages. Children welcome. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast basket brought to the cottage between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m.
• Special Recommended Recipe: Lemon Poppyseed Bread.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming in local rivers and lakes, hiking trails in Tahoe National Forest, road and mountain biking, antique shopping, fly fishing and lake fishing in Yuba River or Scotts Flat Lake, and downhill and cross-country skiing at Soda Springs, Royal Gorge, or Eagle Mountain.
• Attractions & Special Events: Historic Nevada City, Yuba River, Tahoe National Forest, Empire Mine State Park, Malakoff Diggings State Park, Teddy Bear Convention, 4th of July Parade, fall foliage, concerts, live theatre, tour of Nevada City Bike Race, Constitution Day Celebration, Cornish Christmas, and Victorian Christmas.
