• Rates: Bed and Breakfast: Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy. Please add $20.00 for each additional person. Nightly and weekly rates available for vacation rentals. • 	Bed and Breakfast:	Vacation Rentals:
  Minimum stay:	Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on holiday weekends (Thanksgiving weekend requires a 4-night stay).	2 nights (3 to 4 night on holiday weekends).
  Payment:	A deposit of 1 night's rate by credit card is required to confirm your reservation for a room. Visa and MasterCard accepted.	Full payment due a time of reservation. A cleaning deposit of $150.00 is fully refundable if the house is left in neat condition and no smoking has taken place inside. There is also a $50.00 non-refundable setup fee.
  Cancellation Policy:	Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (21 for holiday periods or for multiple-room reservations) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, minus a $25.00 administrative fee for each cancelled room. If you cancel with less notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the room or cottage.	Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days (45 days for holiday periods) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Cancellation fee is $50.00 for Little River Cottage. If you cancel with less notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the cottage.
  Check-in:	after 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 6 p.m. so we can make special arrangements to greet you.
  Check-out:	11:00 a.m
  Restrictions:	No smoking inside or on wooden decks (permitted on lawn). Families with children welcome. Rooms are available for pets with well behaved owners. Medium size dogs up to 60lbs in certain rooms with prior approval and extra fee.

• Recreation & Activities: Whale watching, hiking, biking, water sports, canoeing, kayaking, sport fishing, diving, golf, fishing, and horseback riding.
• Attractions & Special Events: Van Damme State Park (adjacent), Mendocino Headlands State Park (less than 2 miles north), Mendocino Botanical Gardens, Noyo Harbor, Fort Bragg, Mendocino Village, Point Cabrillo Lighthouse, Point Arena Lighthouse, Skunk Train, art galleries, museums, and wine tours.
• Directions: From the North: Continue south on Highway One for 2 miles past the town of Mendocino. Auberge Mendocino Seaside Inn and Cottages is located on the right, the ocean side of Highway One.
  From Sacramento: Take Interstate 80 West to Highway 37 near Vallejo. Continue on Highway 37 West to Old Lakeville Road. Turn right on Old Lakeville Road and continue to Highway 101 North at Petaluma, then follow the directions from San Francisco below. Travel time is approximately 4 hours.
  From San Francisco: Take Highway 101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge to Cloverdale. Turn off at the Highway 128 West exit at Cloverdale. Highway 128 brings you to the Mendocino coast, where it becomes Highway One, going north. Continue north past Little River. The Inn is the second house on the left after passing Van Damme State Park. This takes approximately 3-1/2 hours from San Francisco. If you prefer driving the Highway One coastal route all the way from San Francisco, the travel time is approximately 5 hours.
