• Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental. We will need a signed copy of our rental contract along with the 50% deposit fee to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rental fee and a separate check for $700.00 as a security deposit, will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Assuming there are no damages, your security deposit will returned in full.
• Cancellation Policy: Check with us at time of reservation for cancellation notice terms. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent the Ranch for your reserved time, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $75.00 (or $150.00 for a week rental) reservation cancellation charge.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Well behaved pets are allowed.
• Special Events: Weddings, special events, family vacations, reunions, golf getaways, women's retreats, corporate retreats, student leadership training seminars, church retreats, and sport team vacations.
• Recreation & Activities: World class golf, dining, entertainment, watersports, wake-boarding, water-skiing, swimming, hiking, duck hunting, fishing, shopping, and more.
• Attractions & Special Events: Fantasy Springs Casino and Spotlight 29 Casino, Terra Lago, PGA West, lakes, tournament water ski courses, and more. Towns of La Quinta and Palm Springs nearby.
• Directions: From San Diego - start out going north on 9th Ave toward Broadway. Turn right onto A St. Merge onto CA-163 N via the ramp on the left toward Escondido. Merge onto I-15 N. Take the CA-79 S exit toward Temecula / Indio. Keep right at the fork to go on CA-79. Turn slight left onto CA-371 / Cahuilla Rd. Turn right onto CA-74 E / Pines to Palms Hwy. Turn right onto CA-111 S. Turn right onto Washington St. Turn right onto Avenue 52. Avenue 52 becomes Calle Sinaloa. Turn left onto Eisenhower Dr. Turn right onto Calle Chihuahua. End at La Quinta, CA.
