Hash Brown Quiche

One 24-ounce package frozen hash browns, thawed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded jalapeno cheese
1 cup shredded jack cheese
1 cup diced cooked sausage
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Press hash browns into pan to form crust. Brush with melted butter. Bake 25 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Fill crust with cheese and sausage.

Whisk together milk, eggs, and seasoned salt. Pour into pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves: 8
