• Payment: Deposit is $250.00 per person. Failure to receive deposit within 7 days of confirmation will automatically cancel reservations. Deposit is applied to first and last night of confirmed reservations. Special requirements for groups of 10 or more. Personal checks and major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. With less notice, refund will be made if White Stallion Ranch is able to sell the accommodation (every effort will be made to do so).
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking in any of the buildings. Family groups are most welcome at all times.
• Meals: All meals included in rates. Buffet or served family-style.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Potato Chip Cookies, ... Spicy Granola, and White Stallion Trail Mix.
• Languages Spoken: Norwegian and English.
• Special Events at Ranch: Horseback riding (all-day rides, slow, fast, desert, team penning, and mountain rides). Also conferences, corporate retreats, and incentive programs. 2,600-square-foot meeting facility.
