• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 5 days (30 days for groups) prior to scheduled arrival date receive a refund of deposit. We will gladly offer you a gift certificate, less $30. 00 processing fee, in the event you need to cancel with less than 5 days prior your scheduled arrival.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside. Children are not permitted to wander throughout the inn unless accompanied by an adult. Two rooms (Tellis Garden and Desert Palm) that can accommodate those traveling with pets for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in the lobby/dining areas.
