• Rates: $215.00 - $375.00. Rates include meals and activities. Additional charges: service charge, room tax, massages, private horseback riding lessons, alcohol and other beverages not served as part of a meal. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay requirements vary by season and holiday. Call for more information.
• Deposit:Unless otherwise stated, a minimum deposit of $400.00 or a one night room deposit (whichever is greater) is required to hold your reservation. This deposit is applied to either the first or last night of your confirmed booking. Payment of your remaining balance is then due in full when you arrive and check-in at the ranch
• Payment:Traveler's checks, wire transfers, Visa, and Mastercard are all accepted. Personal checks are accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in: Between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to get a refund. A handling fee equal to 50% of deposit will be charged. Cancellations made less than the 90 day requirement will mean forfeiting entire deposit. No credit will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
• Restrictions: All rooms are non-smoking. Children welcome. No pets.
• Meals: Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., lunch at 1:00 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m. There is also a social hour, with snacks, starting at 6:00 p.m. Special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or low fat dishes can also be served, subject to sufficient advance notice. Please note that Arizona Liquor Law, Title 4-243.01 prohibits guests from bringing alcoholic beverages onto licensed premises. Therefore, guests should not bring their own alcohol to the ranch

• Recreation & Activities: Horseback trail rides, guided hikes, nature walks, mountain biking, bird watching, .croquet, boccie and a gentle exercise program for all abilities.
• Attractions & Special Events: within 1 hours drive - championship desert golf course, Historic Tubac, Tumacacori Mission, Mission of San Xavier Del Bac, Kitt Peak Observatory, Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, Saguaro National Forest and Desert Museum, and The Magic of Baboquivari.
• Directions: Rancho De La Osa is situated 65 miles southwest of Tucson, Arizona and the approximate travel times to the ranch by car are as follows:
• From Phoenix airport = 3 hours. From Tucson airport = 75 minutes
  Directions from Tucson Airport: Depart on South Tucson Boulevard / East Airport Drive . Go 1.47 miles. Turn left onto Valencia Road. Stay on Valencia for 14 miles, it will deadend onto AZ-86. Turn left onto Route 86 / West Ajo Highway and go 9.34 miles. Turn left onto Route 286 / for 44.63 miles. Just after mile post 2 turn right onto West La Osa Ranch Road which is a dirt road (there is a signpost at this junction for Rancho De La Osa together with a small gas station) continue for 1.5 miles.
