a private bath and either a king size bed or two double beds,
private entrance from patio courtyard, individual air conditioning

Weekly rates for 7 nights are $1,050.00 plus tax. (Extra night for
weekly guest is $150.00. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Payment: Deposit required of either the
first night's room charges or of 50% of the estimated room charges
for longer stays, whichever is greater. Visa, MasterCard, Discover,

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled
arrival date to receive a full refund, less a $20.00 service charge.
A refund of half the deposit amount is made if notice is received
with less than 14 days but at least 7 days notice in advance. No
refunds are made if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7
days notice and innkeeper cannot re-rent the room. Guests are
responsible for paying the full room rate if no cancellation is
made.

- Directions: From Interstate 10,
take Exit 302, Hwy 90, just west of Benson, to Sierra Vista &
Fort Huachuca. From I-10 to Sierra Vista you will travel
approximately 28 miles to the outskirts of Sierra Vista. At the
intersection where Highway 90 Bypass turns left at mile marker 317,
instead of turning left to follow the Hwy 90 Bypass, go straight
ahead the highway becomes Buffalo Soldier Trail (still 4
lane). Follow Buffalo Soldier Trail for 6 miles, it will bend to the
east and intersect with Highway 92. Turn right and head south on
Highway 92 (16.1 miles to Palominas Road). Turn north on Palominas
Road (2.0 miles to Waters Road). Turn east on Waters Road (1.0 mile
to the inn).
