Rock Cottage Gardens...a Bed and Breakfast Inn offers five private rock cottages for two, complete with Jacuzzis and gas fireplaces. The Cottages, formerly known as Rock Cabin Court, was once one of Eureka Springs' first motor courts. The residence and all 5 cottages are made of native Arkansas stone. This highly visible and unique property is often photographed by tourists passing by. The Rock Cottage Gardens are often mentioned on the Eureka Springs Tram tours as an award-winning Bed & Breakfast. All 5 guest cottages were roofed in May 2005. Old roofing was stripped and replaced with Architectural grade shingles. All air conditioners in the cottages have been replaced except one and it is still in good condition. The home/office has central air. Many more improvements have been done and those details are available to qualified buyers. |
