• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks in advance are accepted as payment to confirm and hold a reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date on Holidays and weekends. Notice of cancellation for reservations Sunday through Thursday must be received a minimum of 72 hours before scheduled arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received less than the minimum required time before arrival, refund will only be given if room can be rebooked and a $35.00 fee will be charged.
• Check-In: 3 -7 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking only on porches. Children welcome with prior approval.
• Breakfast: Full, gourmet style served on the veranda weather permitting. The Inn has their own cookbook available for sale.
• Special Events at Inn: High teas (8 or more with advance notice), small weddings and small conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Walking the trails on the lake nearby, birding, bass fishing, boating, water skiing, sailing, outlet store shopping, Cathedral Caverns, and several nearby golf courses including Robert Trent Jones Hampton Cove - 25 minutes, Gunters Landing - 10 minutes, and Lake Guntersville State Park Golf Course - 20 minutes.
• Attractions & Special Events: Art on the Lake, US Space and Rocket Center and space camps, Boaz Outlet Stores and the city of Huntsville. Seasonal attractions include the 4th of July Boat Parade, Christmas Boat Parade, Seafood Festival, January Eagle Awareness Weekends, 'Fall Colors', April Arts and Craft Shows and the popular State Triathalon in August. NASA Space Camp is 45 minutes away.
