THE NEXT DAY
Wives Tales and Cures:
1). A bite of the dog? Try a Bloody Mary.

2). Some people believe that if you take 2 aspirin before you go to bed you will not wake up with a hangover.2)
3). Some suggest beef, hamburger, rare meat to help ease a hang-over. In fact many people have reported that they not only crave meat, but pasta and tomato sauce.
4). Matt thinks its the Vitamin B you're missing. One thing is for sure, water helps a lot.
5). Lucinda believes darkness and quiet is essential.

If someone you love has a hang-over:
Don't be loud, don't nag and more than anything, don't say "I told you so" even though your probably did.

If your husband is hungover, don't make him go shopping with you.

Don't start a sentence with:
1) "You know what we should do today?
2) "Why haven't you fixed the ...
3) "About last night ...

If your wife has a hangover, let her go shopping. Women know the benefits of retail therapy.

TIPS FROM SOME OF OUR STAFF AT VIRTUAL CITIES

Matt: "Take extra vitamins before you go out drinking. Actually I think that unlike gasoline, the higher the price the better the alcohol. I never get a hangover on good quality wine and liquor. The next day, do not sit at your computer and program!" ..... Favorite drink is Scotch on the Rocks

Lucinda: "I like to start the night out with a couple of shots of straight Tequila Gold. Then I drink water the rest of the night. I usually have a great time, and I don't have a hangover the next day." ......Favorite drink besides Tequila, a Root Beer Float Cocktail

Betsey: "I try to drink a glass of water between each alcoholic drink." ......Favorite drink a White Russian

Mohammed: "I don't drink, but I know how to have a good time. Listen to music, dance and have a positive attitude."

Cindy: "Stay away from those Squadrons of B-52's. I remember a night in Boston with my in-laws. (On second thought, let's not go there)". ......Favorite drink a B-52 of course!

Alisha: "I just turned 21 so I'm not supposed to have any drinking advice (honest mom!)"

Richard: "I've never had a hangover, so can't tell you much. ...Favorite drink is a Shirley Temple with Spiced Rum (no wonder)
