Ingredients
1 jigger tequila gold
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lemon or lime juice
Salt or sugar/salt mixture
Lime slice

Use 1-1/2 to 2 cups of cracked ice for each drink. Add ice, tequila, triple sec, and lemon or lime juice to blender and mix for 5 to 10 seconds until slushy and firm (not watery). Pour into large chilled cocktail glass or wine goblet, the rim of which has been rubbed with lime juice and coated with salt. Garnish with lime slice. Because of the large amount of ice used to make a frappe-style drink, larger glasses may be needed.

Measurements
1 dash = 6 drops
3 Teaspoons = 1/2 ounce
1 pony = 1 ounce
1 jigger = 1-1/2 ounce
1 large jigger = 2 ounces 		Sugar Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Place sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until the mixture condenses into a clear, sweet syrup, approximately 5 minutes. Cool. You can use immediately or store indefinitely in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
